Mr. Lee is a 30-year veteran in the real estate management industry. His responsibilities include hotel acquisitions and hotel asset management. His experience in real estate began in 1981 in property management in the multi-family and retail sectors.
Over the years, Mr. Lee has served as the Director of Business Development for a Hong Kong based company, Regal Hotels International where he was instrumental in the acquisitions of the Los Angeles Biltmore Hotel, and also secured the management contract for well- known assets such as the Argyle Hotel in Los Angeles. He has served as a consultant for several overseas investment companies from Hong Kong for their real estate assets in the U.S.
Mr. Lee has also brought his experience to China, introducing US brand name 5-star hotels to the Chinese market. From 2001-2014 he was responsible for the opening of 18 different hotels in China.
Mr. Lee is a leader in the Asian business communities. He has served as Chairman of the Taiwan Hotel Motel Association, President of the Chinese American Real Estate Professionals, and Founder/Director of the Distinguished Citizen Society. He is a contributing member of the Asian Business League, Hong Kong Association and various Chamber of Commerce organizations throughout Southern California.

His work involves land acquisition, entitlement, pre- construction and construction of both residential and commercial real estate projects ranging from $20 Million to $200+ Million Dollars. Major accomplished projects include the ground-up construction of Las Vegas Chinatown Plaza, in NV, Hilton San Gabriel, in CA, a 140 unit Podium-type mixed-use development in Los Angeles, CA, a 274 unit apartment project in Woodland Hills, CA, and various residential/commercial development projects throughout California, Texas and New York. Mr. Lee has also brought his experience to China, introducing US brand name 5-star hotels to the Chinese market. From 2001-2014 he was responsible for the opening of 18 different hotels in China.
Mr. Lee is a leader in the Asian business communities. He has served as Chairman of the Taiwan Hotel Motel Association, President of the Chinese American Real Estate Professionals, and Founder/Director of the Distinguished Citizen Society. He is a contributing member of the Asian Business League, Hong Kong Association and various Chamber of Commerce organizations throughout Southern California.
Mr. Lee received his MBA from Oklahoma Central State University in 1980. He holds Bachelor degree in Law from National Chung Hsing University in Taiwan.

Ms. Liao is the managing director of Asia Pacific Capital Company. Before she joined the company, Ms. Liao was a senior associate at a real estate investment banking firm in Beverly Hills which focus on inbound investment from Asia.
Ms. Liao has more than 15 years’ experience in real estate development, leasing, investment sales, debt/equity placement, consulting, including 10 years in Chongqing after graduated from Chongqing University. Before she moved to the United States, Ms. Liao was the partner of a renowned real estate brokerage company in Chongqing where she was in charge the retail leasing & condominium sales of more than 20 projects. The company had approximately 150 employees with average sales exceeded $2.5 billion RMB annually.

Ms. Yeung began her real estate career in Hong Kong specializing in the development of office buildings in the Shenzhen province. In 2004, she moved to Los Angeles where she began working on land entitlement projects in the Santa Clarita Valley and Moreno Valley and completed over one thousand acres development projects acquisition.
Ms. Yeung has also developed several multi-unit condominiums in Pasadena. From 2012, she had completed over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions including Fairmont Newport Beach, Irvine Hilton, Holiday Inn LAX, Marriott LAX, Torrance Marriott and some other large scaled residential development projects.

David Mao has 30+ years of experience in general contracting and land development of
various types of ground-up projects. His work involves land acquisition, entitlement, pre-
construction and construction of both residential and commercial real estate projects
ranging from $20 Million to $200+ Million Dollars.
